Purpose of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of The Marvella Kosher Club facilities, including accommodation, restaurant services, and all related areas of the property located in Marbella, Málaga, Spain. By making a reservation, entering the premises, or using any service provided, guests agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
“Property” refers to The Marvella Kosher Club building, rooms, suites, restaurant, outdoor areas, and any space made available to guests.
“Guest” refers to any person with a confirmed reservation or authorized presence on the property.
“Lead guest” refers to the person responsible for the booking and for all members of the party.
“Reservation” refers to confirmed accommodation or restaurant booking.

Reservations and Deposits
The lead guest must be at least 16 years old at the time of booking.
Only registered guests may access the property; external visitors require prior approval.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are refundable only under the cancellation conditions stated below.
Payments may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Any bank fees relating to failed or dishonoured payments must be covered by the guest within 7 days.
No online payment system is currently offered through the website. Reservations are processed manually or by direct contact with the property.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: between 14:00 and 19:00 on the arrival date.
Check-out: by 11:00 on the departure date.
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival: full refund of deposit.
Cancellation 14 days or fewer before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation 48 hours or less before arrival, or failure to arrive: no refund; full booking charge applies.
Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund; the full booking amount remains due.
If the property must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

Restaurant Reservations
Restaurant reservations may be made by registered guests or external diners, subject to availability.
Certain meals, such as Shabbat dinners or special events, may require advance booking and prepaid confirmation.
Failure to attend a confirmed reservation may result in a cancellation fee.

Use of the Property and Guest Conduct
Guests must respect the peace, privacy, and comfort of others.
Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The property reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a stay if guest behaviour violates legal, safety, or hospitality standards.

WiFi and Fair Use
WiFi is provided for general use such as browsing, messaging, email, and light streaming.
Heavy streaming, online gaming, or illegal content downloads are prohibited.
Internet usage may be monitored to ensure fair access for all guests.

Damages, Loss and Security
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including stains, breakages, and misuse of furniture or facilities.
Lost keys or access cards may incur replacement fees.
The property is not responsible for personal belongings not stored in the room safe.
Lost items will be kept for 30 days; forwarding or courier service can be arranged at guest expense.

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Smoking inside rooms or indoor spaces may result in cleaning charges.

Pets
Pets are accepted only upon prior request and written confirmation.
Service dogs are welcome in all permitted areas, in compliance with applicable law.

Parking
On-site parking, if provided, is used at the guest’s own risk.
The property does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property left inside them.

Limitation of Liability
The Marvella Kosher Club is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage except where required under applicable law.
Use of all facilities, including but not limited to terraces, outdoor areas, and bathrooms, is at the guest’s own risk.

Force Majeure
The property is not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, illness, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided by guests is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
By submitting a reservation request, guests consent to the use of their data for booking and communication purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the use of the property or services will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of booking will apply to the reservation.
